About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide advanced, client-centered therapeutic services
- Perform assessments and treatment planning
- Provide direct services and person-centered services
- Manage client risk and safety
- Serve as a consultant and mentor to Bachelor’s Level Direct Care employees and Behavioral Technicians
- Ensure services are provided and documented in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, LCI standards, and division standards
- Serve as a lead position in the provision of direct care
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field
- Valid Florida license as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- At least two years’ experience working with adolescents and/or adults with mental health, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, or developmental disabilities
- Completion of a master’s program internship at Lakeview Center, Inc. associated with an accredited counseling program may substitute for the two years of postgraduate experience
- Ability to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring services
- Ability to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate
- Valid driver’s license from the state of residence
- Good driving record
- Must be insurable under the corporate policy
- Drug testing required
- Level II background screening required
