About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct market and customer analysis to identify potential greenfield business opportunities
  • Analyze and validate opportunities by generating new leads and prospects
  • Support the Commercial Team on deal management, analysis, pricing, and proposals
  • Develop opinions and recommendations on customer profiles, competitor intelligence, and regulations using third-party tools and publications
  • Build effective formal and informal networks inside and outside the company
  • Collaborate across the company to progress closure of opportunities meeting financial hurdles and strategic fit
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ related experience
  • Excellent organizational/interpersonal skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and PC skills
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial aspects of the energy industry
  • In-depth knowledge of energy market fundamentals and economics, including commodity pricing, basin market fundamentals, and competitor strategies and actions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to incorporate artificial intelligence into daily routine
  • Previous experience in the CCUS industry welcomed
  • Preferred: MBA
