About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate vital resources associated with operations, maintenance, and construction projects
Plan, run, and coordinate compliance-related preventative maintenance and work orders
Report maintenance and project information to business partners
Work in a project manager capacity and as a member of the local leadership team
Coordinate parts, tools, and employees for work-related tasks
Prepare scopes of work, work orders, and project plans
Communicate reports and findings
Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance, including equipment repair and overhaul
Assist in developing facility training initiatives and the Maximo maintenance management system
Create and assign all work orders
Lead or serve as a subject matter specialist for organizational initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma/GED required
Minimum six (6) years’ experience in industry-specific operations, including processing plants, gathering, NGL/Petchem or transmission pipelines
Associate’s degree and project management or operations experience preferred
Must be willing to work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces
Ability to carry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed
Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time
Ability to work at elevated levels from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE
Ability to use hand tools
Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
Aptitude and ability to embrace technology and applications to drive operational efficiency and streamline processes
Excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
