Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passionately dedicated to mental health advocacy and driven by Willow Health's mission to expand access to high-quality care
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the New York behavioral health landscape and the unique needs of its local communities
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • Strong existing network and established relationships within New York state
  • 3-5+ years of experience in community outreach, business development, or public health, preferably in the healthcare or behavioral health sector
  • Demonstrated success in managing partnerships and engaging community stakeholders
  • Strong existing network within the New York healthcare and non-profit sector
  • Experience with CRM platforms and data tracking for engagement and growth
