About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consolidate and enter operational data into the maintenance module of the SAP system
- Control the opening and closing workflow for equipment work orders
- Assist with managing tax documentation related to equipment at the operating bases
- Monitor diesel consumption
- Track equipment hour-meter readings
- Support the preparation of operational KPIs (GROT)
- Create purchase requisitions for the department
- Liaise with suppliers regarding materials to be purchased
- Use and operate specialized equipment
- Ensure the proper upkeep of equipment and the cleanliness and maintenance of the workplace
- Comply with HSE rules and guidelines
- Perform only activities for which you have been trained and authorized
- Immediately report accidents, incidents, or critical deviations to your supervisor or a safety professional
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with the SAP system
- Experience in maintenance planning and control
- Knowledge of Power BI (preferred)
- Previous experience monitoring KPIs (preferred)
- Knowledge of Looker Studio (preferred)
