About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide legal counsel to all companies within the Wilson Sons Group, focusing on commercial contracts and regulatory, environmental, and other matters related to day-to-day business operations
  • Analyze, draft, and negotiate highly complex and strategically significant contracts and other legal instruments
  • Provide preventive legal advice and guidance to client areas through legal opinions and assessments
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators for contracts and other matters, reporting to management
  • Provide legal support for business projects, including drafting NDAs, MoUs, and Cooperation Agreements, as well as mapping potential risks
  • Assess risks related to the Group’s business segments
  • Draft and review internal legal policies and procedures
  • Support the review of regulations and policies from other areas, when requested, with management’s support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
  • Advanced English proficiency, with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Previous experience and solid knowledge of contracts
  • Litigation experience (preferred)
