About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting
- Analyse operational, commercial and financial performance across the business
- Produce management reports that support strategic decision-making
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis
- Develop automated reporting using SQL, Excel, VBA and Power BI
- Work with multiple data sources to create reliable business intelligence
- Explore AI and emerging technologies to improve reporting and productivity
- Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and innovation
- Support safeguarding monitoring and reconciliation reporting
- Produce regulatory and management reports
- Perform trend analysis and identify reporting exceptions
- Help maintain high standards of data quality and reporting governance
- Partner with teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, Compliance and Technology
- Translate business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions
- Support budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews
- Deliver insights that improve operational efficiency and commercial growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or another analytical discipline, or equivalent commercial experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Excel, SQL or Power BI through university, internships or employment
- A passion for data, automation and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Curiosity, initiative and a desire to continuously learn and improve
