About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Find and identify high-quality short-form video creators, mostly US-focused, across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using targeted keywords and hashtags
Assess creators based on content quality, brand safety, platform compliance, and volume
Pass qualified creator profiles to the Licensing Specialist
Remove hashtags from headlines and fix typos
Select proper thumbnails and ensure a good content mix in the internal CMS
Coordinate conference vendors and merchandise occasionally
Assist with quarterly creator performance reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must deeply understand social media, know how to search smartly, and recognize what good content looks like
High reading/comprehension for checking headlines for typos and appropriateness
High written proficiency for editing headlines and descriptions
Proficient speaking for team communication
USB headset with noise cancellation feature
Working webcam
Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection
Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps
Ability to work UK hours
40 hours per week
