About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Carry out QA activities related to the distribution of pharmaceutical products in the EU
  • Maintain relationships with external partners, including wholesalers and distributors, and internal teams
  • Maintain a compliant local QMS
  • Manage Change Control, Deviations, and CAPA
  • Handle product market returns and customer complaints
  • Coordinate investigations and market recalls
  • Track Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR)
  • Perform trend analysis and support Management Reviews
  • Prepare batch documentation for Responsible Person release
  • Review packaging against Marketing Authorizations
  • Collaborate with internal departments
  • Manage product shortage notifications with Health Authorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years in Quality Assurance within a pharmaceutical company
  • Deep understanding of QA, GMP/GDP requirements (EEA), and Spanish/European regulatory frameworks
  • Degree in Pharmacy or a Scientific discipline (BSc)
  • Excellent level of English and Spanish
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude
  • Great teamwork abilities
