About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set up and execute ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and programmatic platforms
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting in Marketo, SFDC, and related systems
  • Conduct quality assurance and testing of creative assets across browsers and devices
  • Ensure ad creatives meet technical specifications
  • Troubleshoot implementation, tracking, and reporting issues
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, budget pacing, and industry best practices
  • Set up tracking for content syndication campaigns
  • Perform quality checks and lead uploads
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Maintain organized records of creative assets, campaign proposals, and execution plans
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Generate and test ad tags for campaign launches
  • Monitor CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics
  • Create monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Analyze data to identify trends
  • Present findings to stakeholders for strategic decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 6 years of experience
  • Experience in digital marketing, paid performance advertising, and media operations
  • Strong ad operations experience
  • Experience with tracking and analytics
  • Good communication skills
  • Preferred B2B experience, but not mandatory
  • Ability to work 11am to 9pm IST (UK time zone)
  • Experience setting up and executing campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and programmatic platforms
  • Experience with Marketo and SFDC tracking and reporting
  • Experience with A/B testing, budget pacing, and campaign optimization
  • Experience with content syndication campaign tracking, quality checks, and lead uploads
  • Experience generating and testing ad tags
  • Experience monitoring CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics
  • Experience creating performance reports and analyzing campaign trends
  • Figma or Adobe experience for ad creatives and localization is an added advantage
