About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct outbound sales and cold calls to prospective patients
- Engage leads and build rapport through patient-centered conversations
- Qualify leads and identify needs, interests, and scheduling barriers
- Communicate dental services and benefits
- Address questions, concerns, and objections
- Guide qualified leads toward booking appointments
- Conduct follow-ups, lead nurturing, and re-engagement
- Work toward sales, appointment-setting, conversion, and other KPIs
- Respond to patient inquiries by phone, email, chat, and text
- Handle inbound calls
- Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments
- Maintain accurate calendars
- Provide patients with clear information and next steps
- Maintain accurate CRM and patient records
- Document calls, conversations, follow-ups, outcomes, and appointment status
- Track lead sources and movement through the sales process
- Coordinate outreach with marketing campaigns
- Assist with campaign tracking and lead-source reporting
- Monitor performance and maintain records for reporting and follow-up
- Provide a positive patient experience while supporting dental practice growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent professional communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Relevant experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, lead conversion, or a similar results-driven role
- Experience conducting outbound calls and following up with prospective customers or patients
- Strong ability to qualify, nurture, and follow up with leads
- Confident and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to professionally handle questions, concerns, and objections
- Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable working toward measurable sales and appointment-setting KPIs
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations simultaneously

- Must be able to submit an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding
- Must be available for video meetings with camera on when required
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays for 10 hours per day (20 hours per week)
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer
- Stable high-speed internet connection, minimum 25 Mbps

- Previous experience as a Dental Virtual Assistant, dental or healthcare sales, dental appointment setting, or patient coordination preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and basic understanding of dental insurance preferred
- Experience using Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, CRM platforms, or VoIP/cloud-based phone systems preferred
