Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and trade prediction markets in real time across Kalshi, Polymarket, and other venues
Implement strategies across sports, upDown markets, elections, weather, and other categories
Improve the entire technology stack hands-on
Build systems for Wintermute’s greenfield Predictions project
Provide coverage for key events, including major sports games
Work evenings or weekends when heightened market activity requires coverage

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong Python skills with 1–3 years of coding experience through work, study, or personal projects; coding test required
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; assessment required
Demonstrated work experience in prediction markets, including personal trading, following major developments, or contributing to discussions
Owner mentality focused on company P&L, strategic business growth, and Wintermute partnerships
Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to handle trading, coding, data analysis, and collaboration
Determined, ambitious, humble, willing to work hard and learn
Comfortable with meritocratic performance evaluation
Comfortable working in a collaborative environment
