About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate a teller drawer to serve customers and bank personnel in the lobby or drive-up
  • Recognize potential cross-sell opportunities
  • Comply with department and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Process mail, night depository, and ATM deposits
  • Open and close the branch
  • Participate in community events
  • Shadow Relationship Bankers, Branch Managers, and Commercial Bankers within the branch
  • Participate in intern program activities, events, and development opportunities with the cohort
  • Complete a 12-week summer program from May through August

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a US college or university
  • Preference for students entering their junior or senior year
  • Concentrations in Finance, Business, Management, or related field
  • Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
  • Leadership, extra-curricular, or volunteering experience
  • Must be available to work some Saturdays
  • Must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S. now and in the future
  • No immigration sponsorship, including OPT and CPT
  • Passion for results
