About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, support, and maintain core Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) enterprise software suites
- Write and maintain clean, efficient code using programming languages such as MS C# .NET
- Participate in software implementation activities as an active technical team member
- Provide end-user technical and production support for OpenRoads Designer (ORD) and Bentley Geopak environments
- Serve as a Project Delivery quality control and validation specialist to ensure compliance with design standards
- Create, test, and maintain shared CADD workspaces, configurations, and core resources
- Administer the CADD Support ticketing and service management platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional design departments on ad-hoc CADD needs, including layout exhibits and technical graphics
- Assist with technical webinars and deliver professional training sessions
- Present software solutions at industry user group events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Mid-level experience
- Experience developing, supporting, and maintaining CADD enterprise software suites
- Proficiency with MS C# .NET or similar programming languages
- Experience with OpenRoads Designer (ORD) and Bentley Geopak software environments
- Ability to provide technical and production support to engineering teams and external consultants
- Experience with project delivery quality control and validation
- Experience creating, testing, and maintaining shared CADD workspaces, configurations, and core resources
- Experience administering ticketing and service management platforms
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional design departments
- Ability to deliver professional training and present software solutions at industry user group events
