About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the development of Wiremind’s CARGO SaaS solution for airlines
- Take part in client workshops to understand needs and user journeys
- Create UI mock-ups to improve existing features or create new ones
- Manage the features backlog and write specifications
- Participate in product delivery
- Perform functional tests on each release and hotfix
- Coordinate with software and product teams to report potential bugs and assist developers in fixing them
- Improve the tool’s documentation
- Analyze client data to understand tool usage
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a Master’s degree in Product/Project Management or Engineering
- Looking for an end-of-study internship
- Able to translate business requirements into software functionalities
- Keen eye for detail and well-designed UI/UX in web applications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate effectively in both French and English
- Understanding of technical aspects appreciated
- Interest in the Transport industry and/or Revenue Management is a plus
