About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research, analyze, and map the global AI industry and its subsectors from end-to-end
Attend conferences, read industry publications, and speak with experts to identify significant developments
Serve as the internal and external subject-matter expert on the AI industry
Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve coverage of the AI and related industries in the WireScreen platform
Write reports for customers, prospective customers, and internal stakeholders on key industry topics
Report directly to the COO

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
3+ years of experience writing about or researching the AI industry
Deep knowledge of and passion for the AI industry and its supply chain
Experience mapping supply chains at the input/technology level
Experience using OSINT research methods
Published reports, articles, or research on the AI industry that you’re able to share as part of the application process
Have presented research findings externally — at conferences, in publications, or to outside audiences
Currently authorized to work for any employer in the United States
Must be currently located in NYC, or willing and able to relocate at your own expense before starting
Willingness to work onsite in the NYC office 3 days a week
