About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research, analyze, and map the global robotics industry and its subsectors from end-to-end
- Attend conferences, read industry publications, and speak with experts to identify significant developments
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve WireScreen platform coverage of robotics and related industries
- Write reports for customers, prospective customers, and internal stakeholders on key industry topics
- Serve as the internal and external subject-matter expert for the robotics industry
- Report directly to the COO
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 3+ years of experience writing about or researching the robotics industry
- Deep knowledge of and passion for the robotics industry and its supply chain
- Published reports, articles, or research on the robotics industry are nice to have
- Experience mapping supply chains at the input/technology level is nice to have
- Experience using OSINT research methods is nice to have
- Experience presenting research findings externally is nice to have
- Must be currently authorized to work for any employer in the United States
- Must be willing and able to work onsite in the NYC office 3 days a week or relocate to NYC at own expense before starting
