About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research, analyze, and map the global Robotics industry and its subsectors end-to-end
Attend conferences, read industry publications, and speak with other experts to identify significant developments
Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge
Serve as the internal and external subject-matter expert on Robotics
Work with product and engineering teams to improve WireScreen platform coverage of Robotics and related industries
Write reports for customers, prospective customers, and internal stakeholders on key industry topics
Report directly to the COO

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
3+ years of experience writing about or researching the Robotics industry
Deep knowledge of and passion for the Robotics industry and its supply chain
Master's degree (nice to have)
Published reports, articles, or research on the Robotics industry that you’re able to share as part of the application process (nice to have)
Experience mapping supply chains at the input/technology level (nice to have)
Experience using OSINT research methods (nice to have)
Experience presenting research findings externally at conferences, in publications, or to outside audiences (nice to have)
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
Must be currently located in New York City or willing and able to relocate at own expense before starting
Must work onsite in the NYC office 3 days a week
