About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for a physical inventory count
  • Facilitate internal and external pre-inventory communication and define mutual expectations
  • Develop plans to meet inventory expectations
  • Manage DSI staff and support staff assigned to inventory events
  • Ensure timely, thorough, and accurate inventory count processes
  • Interact with clients throughout events and resolve questions or concerns
  • Direct post-inventory activities and tasks according to policies, practices, and client expectations
  • Maximize inventory-event profitability by managing labor expenses through process efficiencies
  • Promote the mission, vision, and values of WIS International in dealings with employees, clients, and others

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Full-time availability
  • Parts operation experience working in an Auto Dealership
  • Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) required, ideally proficiency in CDK and/or Reynolds
  • Strong staff leadership, planning, and organizational experience
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role
  • Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work weekends other than holidays
  • Willingness to travel out of market on weekends when local inventories are not scheduled
