About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end video shoots, including pre-production, concept development, scripting, storyboards, shot lists, on-site production, and logistics
  • Capture executive interviews, thought leadership, event coverage, client stories, and brand and recruiting content on location and remotely
  • Maintain production equipment and ensure technical quality of footage and audio
  • Edit long- and short-form video, including color correction and grading, audio mixing, captioning, and versioning
  • Produce platform-optimized cutdowns for LinkedIn, YouTube, web, and email
  • Design and animate motion graphics, lower-thirds, titles, data visualizations, and explainer animations
  • Build and maintain reusable animated brand templates and an organized asset library
  • Ensure video and animation adhere to visual identity and brand standards
  • Supervise, mentor, and review freelance or vendor production partners
  • Set production standards and workflows and provide feedback and quality assurance before delivery
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, resourcing, external vendors, and budgets across concurrent productions
  • Partner with Marketing Leaders to repurpose strategic events, webinars, and talks into clips, reels, and evergreen video assets
  • Contribute to podcast video production and multimedia storytelling
  • Own media asset management, including file organization, versioning, archiving, and rights and usage tracking
  • Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted and emerging production tools to increase speed and scale while maintaining quality and brand integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Motion Design, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of professional videography, video editing, and motion graphics or animation experience
  • Expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Riverside
  • Strong cinematography fundamentals, including camera operation, lighting, and audio capture
  • Strong reel or portfolio demonstrating live-action video and animation or motion graphics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel for projects
  • Experience within a corporate, agency, or professional-services Marketing team preferred
  • Animation, photography, or podcast production experience preferred
  • Familiarity with brand systems and multi-channel content distribution preferred
  • Submission of a reel or portfolio demonstrating live-action video and motion graphics/animation is preferred as part of the application
