About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Coordinate tax due diligence and structuring engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, and/or master’s in taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university
  • 3+ years of experience in federal tax and/or mergers and acquisition in a public accounting firm, corporate tax department, or law firm
  • Experience gained within another large professional services organization; public accounting experience preferred
  • Effective internal and external communication skills
  • Active listening and consistent follow-up on open action items
  • Ability to prioritize effectively on projects
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts
  • Desire to be a long-term contributor to a dynamic team
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Established networking skills in a relevant industry
