About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enhance team efficiency by driving initiatives and introducing new technologies, including practices like Cross Knowledge Training
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Make informed decisions on technology adoption, infrastructure, and cost impacts
- Document and communicate infrastructure and design decisions to business and technical stakeholders
- Ensure clear ownership and accountability for projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of iOS development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI
- Familiarity with data structures, system design, design patterns, API design, MVP or MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps
- Full stack background is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud services, GraphQL, and Firebase is a plus
- Published two or more iOS apps
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Ability to identify skilled engineers as the team grows
- Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Positive disposition and good attitude under pressure
- Proficiency with one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject is nice-to-have
