About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and build scalable web applications and APIs using React, TypeScript, and Next.js
Develop and maintain Node.js backend with REST, gRPC, and GraphQL APIs
Contribute to architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
Partner with product managers and designers to deliver thoughtful solutions
Translate operational needs into practical technical solutions
Participate in and improve CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
Support and mentor new career engineers on the team
Build features that capture and connect relationships across the entertainment industry
Implement modern CRM workflows
Develop AI-powered features that surface insights from operational data
Build and maintain APIs and services for deal and workflow management
Migrate legacy applications into modern web-based systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid software engineering experience, typically 5+ years
Strong full-stack development experience building modern web applications
Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js
Backend experience with Node.js, building services and APIs
Experience designing and working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
Experience working with cloud infrastructure; AWS or Azure preferred
Familiarity with containerized workloads using Docker; Kubernetes a plus
Familiarity with infrastructure as code concepts; Terraform experience a plus
Comfort working with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
Strong product instincts and collaborative mindset
Comfort working in environments where systems and processes are still evolving
