About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and maintain solutions integrating software applications and services
Analyze stakeholder requirements and design integration frameworks
Create and execute system integration test plans and facilitate production deployments
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, engineers, and developers to ensure integrations meet requirements
Create integration documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals
Deliver one-on-one or small-group user training
Lead tasks on large projects and projects on small projects; coordinate resources, milestones, and communications
Estimate integration implementation efforts across blueprinting, configuration, development, testing, and deployment
Identify and resolve integration issues and provide ongoing support
Monitor and optimize integration performance
Implement security measures and support disaster recovery and change management initiatives
Develop and follow integration methods, processes, standards, and procedures
Keep current with integration technologies, trends, and best practices
Develop technical and business proficiency and share knowledge across the functional area
Provide 24-hour on-call support, including evenings and weekends
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of overall technical experience, preferably in a role related to systems integration
Minimum of 3 years of experience designing/implementing secure, scalable, and resilient integrations with Azure Integration Services (API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, etc.) and MuleSoft Anypoint platform
Strong understanding of core systems integration technologies, patterns, and best practices in complex technology ecosystems
Proven ability to design, implement, and support integrations across a broad range of enterprise systems
Experience with integrations supporting AI implementations is a strong plus
Experience administering systems integration platforms/tools, including resource utilization assessment and allocation/optimization
Strong experience with unit/integration testing and debugging using in-platform or standalone API test tools such as Postman and SoapUI
Experience with source control tools, DevOps principles, and release patterns
Experience with log aggregation and observability/monitoring tools such as DataDog or Splunk
Ability to effectively document integration flows for improved supportability
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple objectives within tight deadlines
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must be located in Eastern or Central Time Zones
