About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate and improve AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes environments, focusing on availability, capacity, performance, and cost
Manage infrastructure through Terraform and keep environment changes consistent and traceable
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, including deployment checks and rollback procedures
Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting for problem identification and response
Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, investigate root causes, and implement lasting fixes
Automate recurring operational tasks and maintain documentation and runbooks
Respond to occasional urgent incidents outside normal working hours when necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role within crypto or Web3
Hands-on experience running production workloads on AWS
Experience managing Kubernetes clusters and containerised applications
Practical experience with Terraform, CI/CD systems, and monitoring and logging tools
Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux, networking, and distributed systems
Scripting or programming skills for automation and operational tooling
Ability to own work independently and communicate clearly in Mandarin with engineering colleagues
