About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the global Licensed Technology portfolio and execute growth strategies
- Drive license sales, revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Build customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Partner with business development teams on sales, bids, tenders, and strategic pursuits
- Champion innovation and position Wood’s technologies as a market differentiator
- Manage P&L accountability, including revenue, margins, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow
- Deliver business plans and performance targets while managing risks and opportunities

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree qualification in Engineering, Scientific Discipline, or related technical field OR degree qualified in a business discipline with significant experience in a technical organisation
- Recognised and accredited management qualification
- Extensive track record of successful operational and strategic delivery and relevant technical expertise within the relevant sector
- Broad understanding of the industry
- Strong networking and relationship-building capability
- Knowledge of Wood's capabilities and sectors
- Entrepreneurial mindset to identify and pitch applications of Wood’s technologies
- Experience of customer-facing communication
- Team-building skills, including motivating people and enabling cross-functional best practice
- Ability to champion change
