About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop project specifications based on end-user and licensor specifications
- Prepare material requisitions for enquiry and purchase orders for ICSS, including distributed control systems, SIS and F&G systems
- Develop bid tabulations and approve vendor drawings for material requisitions
- Prepare ICSS engineering documents, including I/O signal lists, loop diagrams, logic diagrams and graphic display sketches
- Assist with HAZOP/SIL meetings
- Assist with ICSS FAT and SAT
- Assist with package vendor PLC FAT
- Assist with iFAT between ICSS and package vendor PLCs
- Assist with loop testing at site
- Assist with commissioning and start-up at site
- Provide instrument and control comments on P&IDs and package equipment
- Ensure technical quality of work
- Ensure designs comply with relevant procedures, standards and regulations
- Ensure assigned work complies with approved budget and schedule
- Identify and schedule project contract changes
- Prepare progress reports
- Maintain relationships with end users, Wood departments and suppliers
- Visit project sites
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Electronics Engineering or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years in I&C engineering and construction in refineries, oil & gas, petrochemical, hydrogen or equivalent
- Experience working with overseas execution centers
- Experience of FEED and EPC projects, including revamp projects
- Technical background and engineering expertise
- Experience using applicable codes of practice and international standards
- Spanish at native level is mandatory
- Excellent English level
- Team leadership
- Available immediately
- Valid European Work Permit required
