About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development of projects through all phases of the project life cycle
  • Design HVAC systems, including calculation for airflow rate setting and consumption
  • Develop HVAC schematics
  • Develop material job descriptions and equipment data sheets
  • Develop material requisitions for HVAC plant
  • Develop P&ID schematics
  • Be available for assignment to site as Senior Field HVAC Engineer to provide technical assistance to the construction team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MSc / BSc in engineering
  • Previous experience in similar role in life sciences projects
  • Good communication, planning and organizational skills
  • Pro-active approach in resolving issues
  • Familiar with Office tool
  • Eligible to work in Belgium
  • Fluent English & French
  • Experience with technical utilities design (desirable)
  • Previous experience at construction site (desirable)
