About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with administrative functions supporting the Business Technology division’s daily objectives
  • Gain exposure to planning, execution, and evaluation stages of work projects and initiatives
  • Meet weekly with the internship cohort, Executive Leadership, and division-level leaders
  • Summarize and present a capstone presentation covering project accomplishments, skill development, and key learnings
  • Serve as a key member of the Agile intern team in the Systems Test Engineer role
  • Create detailed test cases based on business and technical requirements
  • Validate delivered functionality and ensure development outputs meet quality standards
  • Perform functional, functional integration, and regression testing
  • Learn to write and execute automated test scripts
  • Collaborate with business units and development teams on testing activities and test data management
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation communicating QA outcomes to stakeholders
  • Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in college
  • Area of study in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Must have a 3.5 or higher GPA
  • Ability to work 38.75 hours per week
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively while working collaboratively
  • Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to provide seamless, trustworthy, attentive and resourceful (S.T.A.R.) customer service
  • Passion for making an impact in local communities
  • Must complete criminal background check, credit check when required, fingerprint check when required, drug screen, and reference checks
  • Demonstrated effective communication, growth mindset, adaptability, resilience, innovation, resourcefulness, and willingness to explore new approaches
