About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate, administer, and further develop the internal IT infrastructure
- Manage the Microsoft environment, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
- Further develop the virtualization, backup, storage, and monitoring environments
- Integrate and optimize hybrid cloud solutions based on Microsoft Azure
- Manage firewalls, VPN, WLAN, and network segmentation
- Automate processes using PowerShell, Terraform, or comparable technologies
- Support infrastructure and cloud projects
- Resolve complex incidents in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3–5 years of experience administering IT infrastructures
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments and experience with Linux systems
- Practical knowledge of networking, virtualization, and IT security
- Experience with hybrid environments and cloud technologies such as Azure or Microsoft 365
- Structured, independent, and self-motivated approach to work
