About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support delivery of contracted services to customers
Review discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements
Replicate standardized solution designs on the Workiva Platform
Interact with customers and contribute to standardized solution delivery
Develop knowledge of financial, risk, or operational reporting using the Workiva platform
Set up and install technical systems, applications, or process designs
Manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users
Test and troubleshoot installed systems
Identify and document technical issues for escalation to product and system integration teams
Provide client-experience feedback to product and professional services teams
Collaborate across teams and build internal working relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
An advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience
2 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field
Knowledge of enterprise risk, financial planning, or analytics and reporting solutions and related technology platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications
Familiarity with complex spreadsheet formulas or SQL is preferred
Ability to present topics clearly and succinctly
Willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings
Required to undergo comprehensive security and privacy training tailored to the role
