About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Sales Operations team with program management duties, including team projects, team reports, and documenting processes and policies
Create a redline review guide for Non Disclosure Agreement redlines and document a policy with thresholds for accepting redlines or customer paper
Build additional team resources and guides for internal customers, such as sales and sales operations
Set up team meetings and take meeting notes
Input and manage critical data
Manage team information within Salesforce and create reports as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a related undergraduate degree with a focus on business or pre-law/Legal Studies
Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programs
Professional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Attention to detail and follow-through are required
Must be technically savvy and demonstrate a high level of competency using Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc.
Graduate degree preferred
Eligibility requires residing in and being legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located for the entire duration of the internship
Remote work from outside the country of employment is strictly prohibited
