About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform statistical modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets
Develop metrics, reports, and visualizations of trends and patterns
Work with the technology organization and business end-users to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements
Partner with development and data management roles to identify and capture data from internal and external sources
Create and maintain statistical models for ongoing and ad hoc data review and analysis
Use data visualization programs, tools, and techniques to generate dashboards, reports, and presentations
Aid data storytelling, understanding, and interpretation of business trends and patterns
Contribute to the discipline by proposing new techniques and methods based on business context
Evaluate ambiguous and complex situations or data and recommend sustainable solutions
Lead cooperative efforts among members of different teams to deliver results
Coordinate activities of other team members to ensure successful completion of assignments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 2 years of experience
Specialized expertise in the sub-function and working knowledge of related functions
Understanding of the industry and how work contributes to achievement of objectives
Ability to perform statistical modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets
Ability to develop metrics, reports, visualizations, dashboards, and presentations
Ability to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements
Ability to identify and capture data from internal and external sources
Ability to create and maintain statistical models
Expertise in evaluating variable factors and solving complex assignments
Ability to make impactful recommendations
Ability to liaise with managers and senior managers
Ability to coordinate team members and lead cooperative efforts
