Key responsibilities & impact

Execute the pre-sales framework through virtual and onsite meetings
Engage customers, prospects, and partners and drive the discovery process
Lead product demonstrations and identify how Workiva solutions address customer and prospect needs
Develop expertise across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability Reporting domains
Assist Sales with account plans supporting Workiva strategies and objectives
Conduct process assessments and build Proofs of Concept to validate requirements
Build and present partner-specific business cases
Work with implementation partners and Workiva Client Services to support onboarding and long-term customer success
Develop new use cases or apply existing templates to demonstrate solution impact and value
Deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring to peers as needed
Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success teams
Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle by connecting customer outcomes to platform capabilities and guiding technical validation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years with a Master’s degree; or 2 years with a PhD
Knowledge of Financial Reporting, GRC, or Sustainability Reporting, or strong aptitude and commitment to rapidly develop domain expertise
Fluency in Spanish and English
Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
Experience building processes from the ground up, including design, proposal, and cross-functional alignment
Proactive collaboration and feedback to product management teams
Ability to solve problems and articulate solutions to business problems
Hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred
Experience with technical connectivity and integration aspects, including APIs
Ability to gather business needs and present compelling, value-based software demonstrations preferred
Reliable internet access while working remotely
