About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support complex technology modernization and service-delivery initiatives within a public-sector environment

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing requirements from diverse stakeholder groups
- 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements
- 4+ years of experience facilitating and managing business process development, process improvement, or process re-engineering
- 3+ years of experience developing integrated system and technical design specifications
- 1+ year of experience working with correctional facility systems or correctional business processes
- Strong experience with business and technical analysis within complex IT environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions
