About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, quality, and business teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of IBM ELM and Ketryx platforms
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and technology solutions
- Improve requirements management, traceability, change management, and engineering workflows
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and business process improvement
- Support system integration, data migration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Prepare functional documentation, business requirements, and user training materials
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience as a Business Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant within R&D or engineering technology environments
- Hands-on experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM)
- Experience with Ketryx for product development lifecycle management, traceability, or compliance
- Understanding of requirements management, engineering lifecycle processes, and change control
- Experience gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, and managing stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
