Key responsibilities & impact

Support large-scale digital transformation, service innovation, and modernization initiatives within a complex public-sector environment
Serve as a senior technical leader within cross-functional Agile product teams
Provide architectural direction across data, software, integrations, application design, and digital services
Lead solution architecture and establish overall technical direction
Lead domain modelling and database schema design
Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Submit two project/assignment examples demonstrating Digital Architect experience, including architectural responsibilities, project complexity/scope, delivery approach, and technologies/architecture capabilities used

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Data Architect, Software Architect, Senior Data Engineer, or closely related senior architecture role
Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional Agile product teams
Minimum 5 years of experience leading solution architecture and establishing overall technical direction
Minimum 4 years of experience leading domain modelling and database schema design
Minimum 5 years of experience communicating complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated experience working in complex enterprise environments
Strong architectural leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Submission requires two project/assignment examples demonstrating Digital Architect experience
Each project example must show specific architectural responsibilities, project complexity/scope, delivery approach, and technologies/architecture capabilities used
Recent public-sector, digital service delivery, modernization, or enterprise transformation experience is particularly valuable
