About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and deliver engaging instructor-led Microsoft 365 training sessions, primarily through Microsoft Teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, Forms, Outlook, and Visio
  • Experience with SharePoint Lists and Planner
  • Knowledge and awareness of Microsoft Copilot integration and use cases
  • Strong Microsoft 365 training and facilitation experience
  • Ability to develop course outcomes, lesson plans, and training content
  • Experience delivering virtual instructor-led training through Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to deliver full-day and 1–2 hour training sessions
  • Experience adapting training to organization-specific examples, use cases, and licensing environments
  • Strong adult learning and instructional delivery skills
  • Ability to provide in-person training at acute/community sites when required
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification preferred
  • Provincial Instructor Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working with a large healthcare organization preferred
