About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in technical discovery, research, and project planning activities
- Contribute to field research and user interviews when required
- Lead technical discovery and create technical diagrams and documentation
- Design and develop scalable software solutions based on business and user requirements
- Develop and enhance features for production applications
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and non-functional defects
- Improve application code quality, development tooling, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with frontend-designers to deliver solutions with a consistent user experience
- Work closely with Product Owners to evaluate technical implementation options
- Support solution deployment, launch, and ongoing production development
- Develop reusable components and common technical capabilities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards
- Support onboarding of technical team members
- Contribute to improving development, testing, quality, and delivery practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience using source control, particularly Git, in collaborative software development
- 5+ years of experience working as a Full Stack Developer on complex software solutions in an Agile environment
- 3+ years of experience with automated unit testing and integration testing
- 3+ years of experience working with database technologies, including relational databases and alternatives
- 3+ years of experience working on production applications using modern application frameworks and technologies
