About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases for web, API, and backend services
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage and high-quality releases
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test execution results
Perform code reviews and mentor junior QA engineers
Investigate and report bugs with detailed reproduction steps and logs
Maintain test data, environments, and tools
Contribute to quality culture and improve testing processes
Use AI-powered development and testing tools to accelerate QA processes
Apply AI-assisted test generation, debugging, and defect analysis
Evaluate and implement AI-driven QA solutions
Use GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI platforms in daily workflows
Collaborate on AI-assisted SDLC initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of professional experience in QA automation
Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
Experience with Cypress or Playwright
Experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman, REST Assured, or Insomnia
Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
Deep understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, and QA methodologies
Knowledge of Git
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
