About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end recruitment across EMEA for diverse technical roles in Engineering and Product and business roles in Sales, Operations, and Marketing
- Support the design and execution of pre-boarding and onboarding
- Use creative sourcing strategies, AI search tools, and direct outreach to discover diverse talent across EMEA markets
- Deliver a fast, transparent, and memorable candidate experience
- Advise hiring managers on salary benchmarks, market trends, and talent pipelines
- Track conversion metrics and shorten time-to-hire using data
- Continuously refine talent acquisition practices
- Ensure inclusive hiring frameworks and fair evaluation standards throughout the hiring funnel
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers, People Operations, and Department Leads across EMEA
- Ensure accurate contract generation and compliance across hiring and onboarding
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist covering both Technical and Business roles within EMEA
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Ability to balance multiple high-priority requisitions
- Solid practical understanding of Workable ATS
- Seamless collaboration across Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Proficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude)
- High stakeholder management and influence competencies
- Track record of coaching hiring managers toward swift, smart decisions
- Top-tier written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to craft compelling candidate outreach and articulate complex information clearly across fully remote teams
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Experience recruiting within HR-tech, SaaS, or Employer of Record (EOR) sectors
- Proven knowledge of EMEA labor market dynamics, compensation standards, and remote-first candidate preferences
- Hands-on experience designing employer branding campaigns or hosting virtual recruitment events
