Key responsibilities & impact

List and deliver engaging training sessions onsite in the Sofia office
Create and develop digital learning journeys
Make learning more engaging, efficient, and relevant
Support employees in building confidence, capabilities, and commercial skills
Use performance information and feedback to identify learning and development opportunities
Understand team challenges and identify practical process improvements
Make information and internal resources easier to access, understand, and use
Develop training materials, guides, workflows, and other learning resources
Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders to improve communication and ways of working
Contribute to performance, efficiency, and employee development projects
Gather feedback and continuously improve training and learning activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in training, coaching, learning & development, sales enablement, quality, operations, or a similar people-focused role
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Confidence delivering training and communicating with groups, both in person and online
Experience creating training materials or supporting structured learning activities
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Creative and innovative mindset
Ability to understand people’s learning needs and adapt your approach
Good organizational skills and ability to work independently and manage priorities
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
Comfort working with digital tools and learning new systems quickly
Ability to work in a hybrid setting and be based in Sofia, Bulgaria
Nice-to-have: experience with learning platforms or knowledge-management tools
Nice-to-have: experience using data, KPIs, or performance insights
Nice-to-have: knowledge of sales processes or sales enablement
Nice-to-have: process improvement or operational excellence experience
Nice-to-have: project coordination or project management experience
