About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on the analysis and organization of Milestones of the Operations department
Collaborate and provide support to different departments when required
Research and recommend migration and cost reduction projects
Ensure accuracy between the network’s design (virtual blueprint) and actual physical network
Process new service orders within 2 business hours and cancellation service orders within 1 business day
Work and refer Network Design Review orders to billing within two business days
Complete system audits within the allowed timeframe
Process and close 95% of trouble tickets within 2 business days
Create new infrastructure, services, equipment, and transports in the Circuit Builder Module
Audit the Circuit Builder Module to ensure accuracy with the Physical Network
Monitor assigned core facilities or equipment for capacity and growth, reporting deviations to Operations and Planning
Update the Circuit Builder Module for equipment replacements and network configuration changes
Remove equipment, services, and transports for service cancellations
Prepare and provide reports as required
Manage technical calls to validate remote connections to equipment
Manage Network Design emails during assigned working hours
Participate in kickoff meetings, take relevant notes, and share them with the Network Design Team
Provide technical support to SIM and Repairs Teams by validating remote access
Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and two years of Circuit Designer experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to understand and analyze Network and Customers Designs
Knowledge of functions of CPE and Network Equipment
Knowledge of provisioning process
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under time constraints and comply with hard deadlines
Capable to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Able to perform under minimal supervision
