About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide resource optimization strategy and playbook focused on labor efficiency, productivity improvement, and global delivery optimization
- Establish scalable methodologies, frameworks, and best practices that improve workforce effectiveness and operational performance
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to optimize capacity, improve resource alignment, and enhance delivery outcomes
- Leverage data, automation, technology, and AI-enabled solutions to advance resource optimization initiatives and drive business value
- Build and manage financial models that size opportunities, establish targets, and measure productivity gains, cost avoidance, and realized value
- Partner with Finance and Human Resources to validate assumptions, track benefits realization, and quantify business impact
- Drive the development of dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into initiative progress, key metrics, and outcomes
- Lead cross-functional execution by aligning stakeholders, removing barriers, accelerating implementation, and driving accountability for results
- Facilitate enterprise-wide communication and coordination to ensure successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related field required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in resource optimization, business transformation, management consulting, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years advising large, complex organizations on workforce strategy or organizational transformation
- Demonstrated success designing and leading structured labor optimization programs that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Deep expertise in financial modeling related to labor efficiency, productivity improvement, cost savings, cost avoidance, and value realization
- Strong knowledge of workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and global delivery models
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across Operations, Human Resources, Finance, IT, and other business functions
- Experience applying change management principles within complex organizations and driving alignment from frontline teams through executive leadership
- Proficiency in English
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Familiarity with AI and automation technologies and their application to workforce optimization is highly desirable
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred
