About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain accurate and timely employee data in the HCM system
- Support employment lifecycle activities, including provision and storage of personal documentation
- Support global employment registration and deregistration activities
- Receive, analyze, and process voluntary and involuntary separation requests and create separation packages
- Provide benefits and leave administration according to documented local requirements
- Serve as a resource for policy and process-related workforce management transactional questions
- Maintain documentation for core People Services activities in compliance with policies and legal requirements
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to departmental efficiency and service delivery
- Manage employee data for reporting and compliance purposes
- Support remuneration processes with internal and external partners
- Provide on-site support as required
- Deliver operational and transactional support throughout the employee lifecycle
- Provide customer service to the global People team, leaders, and employees while following global compliance regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in an administrative or support capacity required OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of concepts, policies, and procedures related to HR workforce and benefits
- Ability to perform complex tasks under minimal supervision, with some degree of latitude and creativity
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of local and country processes
- Ability to use judgment in data and demonstrate capability to think critically
- Ability to organize files, records, and documents
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, and outside contacts
- Attention to detail and comfort handling payroll data
- Ability to follow compliance regulations and procedures
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to create productive and effective relationships
- Experience with Workday (HCM)
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- HR, Compensation and/or benefit certifications preferred
