About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and be accountable for the successful conduct of assigned projects
- Manage recruitment, training, development and performance reviews of personnel
- Develop business strategy and acquire new business in cooperation with business and senior management

Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of global clinical pharmaceutical industry experience
- 8 years of demonstrated skills and competency in clinical project management tasks and management of staff
- University/college degree (life science preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience providing the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Experience managing global Rheumatology drug development programs
- Excellent leadership skills, including effective delegation and prioritization
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Proven financial analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong marketing and negotiation skills
- Experience creating and implementing new processes
- Available for domestic and international travel, including overnight stays
