Key responsibilities & impact

Lead product discovery sessions, client interviews, and user research
Apply design thinking methodologies to identify business challenges and user needs
Conduct market and competitor research and validate potential solutions
Gather, analyze, and document client and business requirements
Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and evaluate feasibility
Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities from discovery through implementation
Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor progress, resolve blockers, and communicate updates to clients and leadership
Translate research and requirements into product recommendations
Evaluate, prioritize, and plan product improvements with product leadership and technical teams
Develop or collaborate on wireframes, user flows, and basic prototypes
Serve as liaison among clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams
Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate project decisions
Establish and improve processes, documentation standards, and best practices
Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across product development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced product discovery and project management professional
Experience leading discovery sessions, client interviews, and user research
Knowledge of design thinking and human-centered design principles
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting client and business requirements
Ability to translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
Experience managing project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and resolving blockers
Ability to conduct market and competitor research and analyze client feedback
Experience creating or collaborating on wireframes, user flows, and basic prototypes
Availability during standard US business hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST or 8:30 AM–4:30 PM EST
Healthcare or medical practice software experience, user journey mapping, and interactive prototyping are queried in the application
