About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain Power BI and CRMA dashboards for sales, finance, and leadership
Translate business questions into intuitive reports focused on key metrics
Analyze trends, variances, and anomalies and proactively provide insights and recommendations
Extract, transform, and model data from Salesforce, ERP, data warehouse, and other sources using Power Query, SQL, and CRMA recipes/dataflows
Own data accuracy and integrity across reporting; troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies
Integrate new data sources as business needs evolve
Establish and maintain KPI definitions, reporting standards, and documentation
Maintain reliable, scalable, and easy-to-maintain reporting solutions
Partner with sales, finance, and commercial leaders to understand needs and deliver solutions
Work with IT and global BI teams to improve data foundations and reporting processes
Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate recurring reporting, and generate narrative insights
Identify and drive automation opportunities, including agents, bots, or workflows
Stay current on BI and AI capabilities and propose improvements
Report to the Director, Sales Operations
Own core Power BI and CRMA dashboards, automate recurring manual reports, fix source data-quality issues, and serve as the primary data resource for stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Economics, Business, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
Proven, hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards (data modeling, DAX, Power Query)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM), including dashboards and recipes/dataflows, and comfort working with Salesforce data
Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills
Active, everyday use of AI tools in your work, with curiosity about how to apply them further
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset: you spot problems and opportunities and act on them without being asked
Strong attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracy
Ability to communicate data clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in a B2B, sales, distribution, or commercial environment (nice-to-have)
Experience with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Python, or similar automation tools (nice-to-have)
Exposure to forecasting or predictive analytics (nice-to-have)
Short example of a dashboard you've built or a data problem you identified and solved on your own initiative required when applying
