About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects and campaigns simultaneously
- Maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, approval processes, and status updates
- Coordinate development, review, approval, production, and deployment of marketing materials across traditional media, digital channels, direct mail, email, SMS, social media, and local marketing initiatives
- Edit and proofread consumer-facing and internal marketing communications
- Collaborate with Retail Operations, Contact Centre, Community-Based Marketing, and other internal departments
- Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, campaign documentation, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, creative assets, and administrative records
- Coordinate with external agencies, printers, media partners, suppliers, and vendors
- Review materials, website updates, campaign assets, and communications for accuracy, brand consistency, compliance, and approved offers and terms
- Use marketing platforms, CRM systems, reporting tools, and project management resources
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows, digital content management, documentation, and campaign execution
- Support product launches, promotional events, centre-level initiatives, and other assigned projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a consumer-facing (B2C), retail, healthcare, or similarly fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple marketing projects, campaigns, and deadlines concurrently
- Experience coordinating marketing materials across digital and traditional media
- Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, marketing calendars, spreadsheets, and reporting platforms
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn and use various marketing platforms and tools
- Experience with ClickDimensions, Microsoft Dynamics, Unbounce, or comparable tools is an asset
- Experience coordinating external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong project management, organizational, digital, communication, collaboration, time management, adaptability, problem-solving, analytical, and proactive capabilities
- Bilingualism in French and English would be considered a definite asset, though not a requirement
- Some flexibility to work modified hours for after-hours activities, product launches, events, or specific deadlines may be expected
