Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • A business-related or related college major is preferred
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews
  • Must be available for in-person orientation with Human Resources
  • Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint
  • Must be able to participate in the full-time position, 40 hours per week, within a continuous program starting the first week of June and ending early to mid-August
  • Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required
  • Excellent oral and written communication is required
  • Must have critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States
  • Must not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future
